Does your child have spotted teeth? Blame it on the Fed Government!

The Federal Government has recommended the changing the amount of fluoride in drinking water because of an increase in fluorosis -- a condition that causes spotting and streaking on children's teeth, The Department of Health and Human Services and Environmental Protection Agency are also proposing the change.
